I'm Sashya Allwood-Cato, the photographer behind the lens for Alshya Productions. I am currently servicing Hinesville and the surrounding areas. I started out by just exasperating my children, family and friends. Typical huh? I'm always that one friend that has their phone/camera in hand to take pictures of any and everything. Growing up in Jamaica I always saw the beauty in things, always wanting to capture a single moment in life that holds such significance in life and the beauty of the nature around us.

I find that taking pictures is not just about ensuring everything is captured but about making memories in the process.

I specialize in family photographer, from maternity to celebrating each milestones in life. Photographing families is special to me because I get to see the unique dynamics of each families. I adore watching dads make kids giggle and moms snuggling with their babies. I love shy smiles from behind a parents leg and little peek - a- boo grins. Oh yes let's not forget those crying faces. I love those, because they are so real.

I cherish the diversity that comes before my lens and crave more of it. LGBTQ families, single parents families, biracial families, multicultural families, whatever your families look like, I support you and your journey and we are all connected by love.
